About Catherine Holloway

As the owner and face of Etiquette Consulting Services, Holloway is using her expertise to teach professionals, young adults, children, and business professionals how to act accordingly in an array of social situations.  Her programs are not a franchise, are unique and one of a kind! She believes good manners create opportunity by fostering diplomacy, civility and professionalism.  Has taught in Urban, Rural, Corporate, Cotillion and Educational Settings. Holloway holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Franklin University (Columbus, OH ), and she attended The Ohio State University. Ms. Holloway is also a graduate of the Etiquette Institute (St. Louis, MO).  Catherine has been trained Nationally in Anti-bias Training Programs.  Attends educational seminars yearly.


As a highly recommended guest and speaker she has been a frequent expert on local and national radio and television discussing matters of etiquette, personal change and protocol, and she is considered the Midwest ’s leading authority on etiquette instruction. With the goal of teaching etiquette as a tool for personal empowerment, Holloway started Etiquette Counseling Services in 1994, and has helped open doors for thousands of students.
